Few Important verses.

DESIDERATA
There was a saint name her Theresa,
Whose life was spent in little way;
Why is she a saint? Have the answer;
Instead of doing anything in hard way;
She chose the little ways that made her nicer;
Yet she might have chosen to be led astray;

Next came another Theresa called mother;
She is believed to have gone to heaven;
When alive she was called saint of the gutter;
Spending her all to make the world a heaven;
In search of abandoned kids from every gutter;
To be mother for them and keep them living

There are many people who though are not saints
Keep themselves and the world at large in fiat.
Because as they do good without restraints,
And whether or not they go from gutter to street;
They are in their own ways like Theresa the saints;
Since they help make the world and people great;

Courtesy, prudence, love , happiness and humility ,
Are among those things that are in desiderata;
Rudeness, stubbornness, meanness and stupidity,
Do not help to make anyone any better,
We ought to be morally sound before we think of sanctity

THE UPS AND DOWNS OF LIFE

I THE IRONIES OF NATURE
There are two sides to every coin
As mush as there is in what we wear,

Everything on earth has its in and out,
As the life we live has it’s ups and downs.

If there had been no darkness,
There never would have been light.

For there is a good time for everything,
A time to be positive and a time to be negative,

And if there is a time to build up,
There would be time for some break down

“If we take joy form the Lord,
We must also take sorrow from him too”

II THE CHANGES AND CHANCES OF LIFE
Sometimes the sad news comes in its time,
But often too the good news we hear,

Many are the things that men dread,
But much more on the earth e delight to hear

Sorrow often does come with dusk,
But joy and meaning often come with dawn.

One season will bring to us our life’s desires,
But another nay let one in all things dawn.

Some works pay more yet are easy to do
Others pay the least yet full of boredom.

Though all would like to go to heaven
But many are the trials that beset the living.

Nothing but toils and worries for man on earth,
All for good like on earth and for rest in heaven.

III THE HUMAN NATURE

It is better to expect not best in persons,
For no one can be trusted in this world.

Blessed is he who does not expect too much,
For he will never be disappointed in deed very good or in word.

Never be surprised that he acts badly,
Whom, you thought to have been very good.

Often many things cause people to falter,
And sometimes even the bad are seen to be good.

Though there are scores of people who nature is difficult,
But many of us are always very easy to relate with.

Some peoples’ life full of sweet hypocrisy,
Yet there are a handful of men who live sincere life.

These are type of things we have and see,
But though hard, they are the spices of life.
